What does account suspended mean?

You may have asked us to close your account at some point, or we shut it down due to complaints from customers. Sometimes, when an account hasn't been used in a long time, it gets suspended randomly by the system. Whichever the case may be, email us to support@serviceseeking.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

If you're able to log in to your account to view job leads but can't express interest in a job, it's most probably because of a failed payment. Please update your credit card details via Settings then retry your payment or call us on 1300 304 647 for help during Sydney business hours.
