Why does my account say 'payment failed'?

A scheduled recurring payment did not go through. This may be due to insufficient funds, lost or expired credit card or a declined response from the bank.

Please check and make sure that the card has funds and isn't yet expired. If you'd like to use a different credit card, please head to the 'Settings' page of your account to update your credit card details.
