Why did you publish me negative review?

We've changed the way we show feedback on your business profile to fall in line with ACCC best practice guidelines.

Below is a summary if the changes or you can read more here:

  • Negative feedback comments will now show on your business profile after positive comments
  • You can respond to both positive and negative feedback. This lets parties explain their side of the story
  • As opposed to a conversation thread, you can respond once per feedback rating
  • Your reply will be publicly visible underneath the original feedback
