I can't access the Certification Exam

When you purchased Certification, you should've received an email from us containing a password so you can take the exam. This is different from your ServiceSeeking account password.

If you can't find that email in your inbox, please try checking your spam/junk folder. If you think you've lost or deleted that email, please let us know and we'll get you another one.
