What if I don't want to accept online payments?

We've made it incredibly easy to get paid online. And once the customer pays, your money (minus the success fee) is in your bank account usually within 1 working day. And there's no terminal or credit card fees - for you OR your customers. We're also encouraging customers to pay online, as it's safe, easy and their job is covered by our $1,000 Cover.

We understand that you may prefer to be paid in cash or via your own systems. This is still okay, as long as you don't refuse an online payment. If a customer really wants to pay you online via, please don't tell them this is not possible. 

If you and the customer prefer to transact offline, just make sure you report the payment to us within 7 days. Otherwise, the Admin Fee may be charged.
