What are the benefits of a Master Membership?

Benefits of being a Master Member of ServiceSeeking.com.au

1. Master Members are the only members who’re sent an SMS for every lead matching their settings. If you don’t like getting SMS, you can opt to turn this off in Settings under Communication.

2. Know immediately if the customer has given a phone number. Members on Basic or Premium memberships have to submit a quote (with a price) before knowing if they’ll get the customer’s phone number or not. A small percentage of customers choose to chat with businesses instead of getting phone calls. Master Members know as soon as the lead is available whether they can call or only chat.

3. Contact customers without having to give a price. It’s sometimes hard to price a job without talking to the customer or seeing the site. Unlike Basic and Premium Members, Master Members can click “Show Phone Number” or “Chat with Customer” as soon as the lead is available. Master Members are often talking directly to a potential customer while other businesses are still typing up their quote!

4. Edit your Phone or Chat Quote later to give a price Once you know how much you’ll charge for the job, you can edit your quote.

5. Feature your best Reviews When you get hired and get a great review, you can “pin” it to the top of your reviews so it’s the first one your potential customers see when they browse your Profile. You can Feature up to 5 of your best reviews, even if they’re not the most recent.

6. Rank higher on our directory and among customers' quotes. Master Members' quotes and details are always listed higher than Basic or Premium Members.

Master Membership also includes the features in Basic & Premium Memberships.
