How can I email the customer after I've provided a quote?

You can always send messages after your quote has gone through. Go to the job page, click View Messages, then scroll down and you'll see the Send Message box. Enter a message there and we email it to the customer right away. It's a great way to follow up, even if the customer also is happy to receive calls.
